Early Termination Fees
Cancellation fees listed in Rhythm Energy's current plan documents range from $20 to $20. Some fees are flat; others are charged per month remaining on the contract, which changes the math substantially. Moving to a new address generally lets you exit a Texas contract without a fee when you provide proof of the move.

Does Rhythm Energy Use Bill Credits?
Rhythm uses bill credits selectively: the Max Saver plan applies a monthly credit above a usage threshold, producing a very low effective rate at 1,000 kWh and a much higher one at 500 kWh. Its Digital Choice plans avoid credits entirely.
Free Nights & Time-of-Use
No time-of-use or free-period plans appear in Rhythm's current TrueBill listings, though Rhythm has marketed EV- and solar-oriented time-based products directly.
Renewable Positioning
Rhythm markets its plans as 100% renewable, backed by renewable energy certificates. As always, the plan's official renewable content disclosure lives on its EFL.
What to Check Before Picking a Rhythm Energy Plan
Rhythm's plan documents list small cancellation fee amounts that are typically charged per month remaining on the contract rather than as a one-time flat fee.
